A CM is a person who works for CipSoft and represents CipSoft.
An ordinary player can't become a CM unless he applies for a job at CipSoft. Becoming a CM has nothing to do with the Gamemaster and Tutors positions.

I got some few questions, would be happy if you can answer some of them

1. Did any of you remember something funny from Titania?

2. What was your reaction when Lord Paulistinha blew his account? Did you know that he was cheating?

3. How many GM's have sold their accounts?

4. Have you had any reality meeting?

5. Who is your favorite player of all time in tibia, no GM's.

6. Did you remember The Unit? Best guild in whole Tibia History!

7. Have you ever visited any Tibiabot website?

Thanks would be happy to get some answers

To the GMs:
Thanks for all your good work through the ages.

My questions:
1. Do any of you read the RP forums?
and
2. What do you think of roleplaying in Tibia in general?

It was a pleasure working with you, too, Aestyn

@Ofattbar

1. Not in particular, I remember Chaosruler used to play there

2. I visited him a few times and yes, I had the feeling he used to cheat. There was a picture on tibiaml from him and it looked like he had lighthack on. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to banish him for screenshots on other sites anymore.

3. I know of 2, Dokein is probably the most prominent example, the other one did it back in the day.

4. No, although a few gamemasters have been to conventions with other gamemasters. It'd have been hard to organize a reality meeting because gamemasters were from all over world.

5. My favorite player? Hard to tell, I liked Templar of the Darkness. He did a lot of cool stuff back in the day.

6. Yes, I remember

7. Yes, mostly to be up-to-date with what Bots are capable of doing, finding weaknesses and such and sometimes just to see them complaining about me

@Julien Brightside

1. Nope, rarely.

2. Honestly, I am not a big fan of roleplaying. For some it's fun, I rather enjoyed exploring, questing and hunting. I've never gotten the aspect why players would marry in-game

Ive been playing tibia for a mentionable time now. GMs never helped me, not once. I was trapped at lvl 20 in a spot for 5 days, no GMs would answer, Ended up making a new character. I reported Hundreds of botters and Lurers on 2 seperate worlds, not a GM showed up or answered any of these cases. Ive helped thousands of people since Ive started tibia, Never seen a drop of recognition. So I ask why do you recieve such attention? People may say im jelious, but I think the end of the GMs is a good thing. Maybe there were a few GMs that helped, but as far as i'm concerned you where not needed.

p.s - If it was a voluntary thing, why do you accept payments?

@Spartan-Palladin
I am sorry you feel that way but you've got to understand there weren't nearly enough gamemasters to handle all the reports. At most times the team consisted of 40~ gamemasters, 10-15 active ones for about 50.000 players. Before the bot detection was implemented, I suspect at least 30-40 % (possibly more) were botters. I guess you can see now why we weren't able to answer all reports.

My fellow gamemasters!

I have always wanted to ask that question ^^ Although I don't want you to spoil the content, I'd like to ask if the gamemaster position granted you some informations about well-known Tibian Legends such as Basilisk, Spike Sword, Mino Mage etc. etc. . I bet it did, for example because of famous teleportation skill

Best wishes & Good luck in RL!

@Elite of Tezzie

We did not receive any special information about quests and such otherwise I would have surely solved some hidden quests

The teleportation spell didn't work like you imagine, we were only able to teleport to players and to these marks.

Of course you didn't! I couldn't believe that you didn't saw more than we ( normal players ) did.. for example - breaching to Basilisk and talking with it! . One day I dreamed I was a gamemaster and was wandering on the Basilisk Quest but that was that old Tibian days..

Well, basically that's all I could think about now. Thank you for your contribution over the years \m/

@Edit
Aha, Didn't saw the Teleportation Skill . I'll be honest - I thought about OT Engine Command /a X which teleports X squares in your direction :P
